OVERVIEWBirth? I interrogates the established exploitive production and commodification of bodies and value calculation of lives. Specifically, it invite views to rethink the anthropocentric notions especial with Factors of Production. By paralleling and drawing on video footages of the fast-paced factory production of chicken and the surrogation, I want to highlight the manufactured lives of both humans and chickens, questioning future ways of “production“ and how humans should create with nature and machines.
