OVERVIEWFlowCart is a modular robotic housekeeping cart designed to support hotel staff and rethink service infrastructure in hospitality environments. The project reimagines the traditional housekeeping cart as a robotic system that integrates storage, mobility, and task support, helping reduce physical workload while improving hallway organization and guest experiences. Developed through field research and iterative design, the project explores how robots can work alongside hotel staff as part of everyday operations.
