This project pararelles cigarette filters experiment that explores its material properties with review of Glissant’s writing For Opacity. Cigarette filters has been a tool for tobacco companies to manipulate smokers’ minds and health through marketing and control of their efficiency. 

While filters were created for health, their effectiveness of doing that were reduced to maintain the smoker’s addiction to tobacco companies’ products.
